Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience; Master's degree with 12+ years; or PhD/JD with 9+ years.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience in defense, space, or C3BM programs, including 5+ years of hands-on MBSE with Cameo, Sparx EA, or Rhapsody.
• Proficiency in SysML and architecture frameworks (DoDAF, UPDM, UAF); familiarity with requirements tools like DOORS or JAMA and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven expertise in conducting trade studies, interface control, risk analysis, and translating model outputs into technical directions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering best practices throughout the project lifecycle, including concept, design, and deployment phases.
• Develop and maintain MBSE models in Cameo Systems Modeler to represent architecture, behavior, and interfaces.
• Lead the definition and decomposition of requirements, ensuring bidirectional traceability with architecture and test artifacts.
• Conduct trade studies and risk assessments, managing system interfaces for interoperability across components.
• Support capability onboarding and model updates across various operational environments.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, cyber, and test teams to achieve cohesive system design and present model-based documentation.
• Manage model repositories and versioning in TWC, generating model artifacts and facilitating Agile practices.
