Job DescriptionThe Systems Engineer II role is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Vuori's modern workplace technologies, with a focus on AI-enabled productivity, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering and end-user productivity, driving adoption of automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable collaboration solutions.
What you'll get to do:- Own and operate Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Lead adoption of AI-powered productivity tools including Copilot and workflow automation
- Design SharePoint architecture, governance, and collaboration standards
- Build and automate workflows using Power Automate, Azure services, and scripting
- Integrate M365 with Azure platform services and APIs
- Implement security, compliance, and governance controls across M365
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance - including the following
- L2/L3 escalation support
- Debugging user access issues
- Root cause analysis across:
- Entra
- Exchange
- SharePoint
- App integrations
QualificationsWho you are:- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or M365 platform administration
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
- Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tooling
- Familiarity with identity concepts (Entra ID, SSO, access control)
- Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or LLM-driven workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this role is $110,000 per year - $125,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
