Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with hardware and software relevant to system design
• Expert-level knowledge in system integration from server to enterprise-level hardware
• Deep expertise in Linux and Linux clustering
• Proficiency in current Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with physical and configuration-level networking, including gbE, 10GB, InfiniBand
• Knowledge of GPGPU computing is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Design systems and clusters from the component level, including networking and power infrastructure
• Assemble systems and clusters from workstations to blade systems as needed
• Inspect finished goods and perform quality control checks
• Provide front-line technical support for hardware via phone and email
• Configure OS software for Linux and Windows clustering for assembled systems
• Maintain internal equipment, including Workstation OS updates and domain controllers
• Support technical issues related to software through phone and email assistance
