Join General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Systems Engineer on the Regional Strike Programs program. This role is ideal for engineers interested in Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), or Hardware-Systems Engineering. As a Systems Engineer on RSP, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software and systems solutions. This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas: Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM. Agile experience preferred. 2+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model Based Systems Engineering or Hardware Systems work (Master's degree may substitue for experience). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems. Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation. Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar). Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance. Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 1 year of relevant work experience; or Master's degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
