Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Systems Engineer - Engineering PMO who will support the PMO Engineering Division, providing systems engineering, integration, and acquisition expertise for aircraft and vessel systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop system architectures and integrated engineering concepts.
  • Define and refine operational and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and system solutions.
  • Support acquisition planning and lifecycle costing.
  • Perform systems integration, testing, and evaluation.
  • Conduct technical and programmatic analyses.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (required); Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of systems engineering and integration experience.
  • Strong background in RF systems, sensors, and communications (preferred).
  • Experience with MBSE tools and federal acquisition processes.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
