Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a
Systems Engineer - Engineering PMO who will support the PMO Engineering Division, providing systems engineering, integration, and acquisition expertise for aircraft and vessel systems.
Responsibilities- Develop system architectures and integrated engineering concepts.
- Define and refine operational and technical requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and system solutions.
- Support acquisition planning and lifecycle costing.
- Perform systems integration, testing, and evaluation.
- Conduct technical and programmatic analyses.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's in Engineering (required); Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of systems engineering and integration experience.
- Strong background in RF systems, sensors, and communications (preferred).
- Experience with MBSE tools and federal acquisition processes.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
