Job Description
This position is for a Displays and Processors Delivery Integration Lead in the Combat Systems Hardware Excellence Team. The role will provide project leadership and support for the F-35 Displays and Processors Team with a focus on supplier oversight and management, schedule development and execution, and Earned Value Support. This role will work closely with the Displays and Processors Integrated Product Teams to develop program solutions to technical issues. Responsibilities include supplier oversight and management, examination of contract gaps, assessment and coordination of engineering impacts from new or modified scope, development of execution schedules, and coordination of technical documentation and their associated estimates (RFPs, TSOWs, SSOWs, BOE development, pricing and negotiations).
This position will develop executable technical plans that are integrated into the full Hardware Combat Systems contract portfolio. The role will address issues, identify risks and opportunities, handling strategies, and interact with F-35 program offices and customers.
This job requires understanding and executing related processes as well as identifying, coordinating, and implementing improvements to best enable team success.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors in a Engineering discipline or Technical degree.
-Demonstrated experience in planning and execution of events, tasks or projects.
-Proven track record of innovative problem solving.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to leadership and program office personnel.
-Ability to interpret data of various types (technical, process, financial) and create presentations that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner.

-Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Previous CAM experience
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
