Full Job Description
The Systems Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the data center infrastructure. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring and support documentation. It is extremely important to the enterprise that all Intel systems offer the highest reliability and performance possible. The Systems Engineer is challenged in keeping these systems up-to-date, operational and available at all times while keeping the enterprise on the "cutting edge" of current technologies. This position will work very closely with other IT staff and Community Health Network customers to develop and maintain a complex and state-of-the-art infrastructure that is rapidly changing to support the Enterprise's growth and dependability on digital technologies.
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• This position requires a minimal of three-five (3-5) years successfully supporting an Enterprise scale environment and must be knowledgeable at the expert level of current technologies and hardware capabilities of a large-scale enterprise environment required.
• Experience with server hardware, familiarity with Cisco, HP, Dell, Fiber Channel, Virtualization, Cloud services preferred.
