Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in the automotive domain
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Experience with Systems Engineering principles and Model-Based Systems Engineering
• Proficiency in software development tools such as Python and C++
• Experience with software requirements tools (e.g., Gherkin)
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, including networking, wiring, and power distribution
• Knowledge of functional safety and cybersecurity assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead development of system-level features from early development through production
• Design and develop system architectures, including network, wiring, and power distribution
• Define and allocate system features and functions to meet cost, quality, and performance targets
• Develop feature specifications, implementation documentation, verification plans, and safety and cybersecurity assessments
• Design systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering and relevant software development tools
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions for endpoint hardware and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop balanced engineering solutions
