Job Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as a team lead within the Enterprise Applications team and facilitate collaboration across technical groups. The role will act as a primary escalation authority for complex technical issues while supporting cloud computing, systems engineering, networking, identity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure, Windows system and server administration, PowerShell, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration, along with experience integrating cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage Azure integrations and applications, ensuring Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) configurations align with business requirements.
• Architect, build, configure, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and integrations with third-party software.
• Deploy system and infrastructure updates, document changes, and maintain system configurations.
• Train and mentor staff on new tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Partner with system architects to establish and maintain technical standards and best practices.
• Oversee projects involving vendor software and collaborate with business units to understand technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions and gather feedback to improve services.
• Work with security engineers to identify, assess, and remediate system vulnerabilities.
• Lead multi-vendor escalations involving complex integration, messaging, identity, and cloud service issues.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Copilot Studio bots and AI-driven workflows.
• Support integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Perform systems administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and technical support activities across enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience with Windows system and server administration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure application permissions, Microsoft Graph API, app registrations, and secret lifecycle coordination.
• Strong experience with Azure and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience architecting and integrating systems across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience with Power Platform development and administration.
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise systems and integrations.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead technical escalations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with System Center Service Manager (SCSM) and Cireson Web Portal for SCSM.
• Experience with VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with VMware AirWatch.
• Experience with System Center Orchestrator.
• Experience with Copilot Studio or equivalent large language model (LLM) technologies.
• Experience administering ManageEngine ADManager Plus and ADSelfService Plus.
• Experience with InformaCast.
• AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification.
• DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certification.
• SANS SEC500: Windows Security and PowerShell Automation certification.
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification.
• CompTIA Security+ or higher.
