Systems Engineer to join us in
Annapolis-Junction, MD.
The
Systems Engineer is responsible for analyzing user requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system requirements specifications. This role leads system design and development activities, guiding stakeholders in refining requirements, evaluating alternatives, and conducting feasibility studies. The engineer provides technical leadership across the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring new systems and enhancements are effectively incorporated into ongoing operations. Responsibilities also include developing system architecture and design documentation, as well as supporting implementation planning through the creation of system engineering management plans and integration and test strategies. The Systems Engineer regularly collaborates with government stakeholders to address technical considerations, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with mission objectives, while maintaining overall accountability for the technical integrity of deliverables and effective communication with program teams and senior leadership.

Requirements:- HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with system engineering
- OR Bachelor's degree in a Technology field and 7+ years of experience with system engineering
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
