Key Responsibilities
·Accountable for the controlled production support and lifecycle management for GPS Quality Systems applications.
·Accountable for delivery of committed business outcomes of digital capabilities implemented within the respective area.
·Work with a dynamic team to oversee the design and implementation of custom /cots applications.
·Collaborate directly with the business clients, IT Business Partners and other IT functions on delivery of digital capabilities.
·Monitor IT service provider resource consumption, review demand and change requests for support work related to COTS/custom applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree on the Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or Computer Science.
- 5+ years overall work experience in Information Technology environment for delivery and support of manufacturing and business applications in a regulated environment.
- 3-5 years of experience as a user for Quality Systems applications in a lab will also be considered.
- Must have knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and of computer systems validation (CSV)
- Experience working in large and/or complex IT programs, preferably within the quality control domain.
- Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root causes, create action plans, assess impact and develop resolution options
- Deep analytical skills and logical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of cGxP and 21CFR Part11 standards.
- Experience using IT Service Management tool such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to design, author, edit and execute test scripts using automated testing tool such as ALM.
- Track record of innovation, results, and ability to collaborate and affect change across functions.
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize work from multiple projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and relationship building skills to establish trust and rapport with the business teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and integrity.

· Experience creating complex custom solutions using coding languages and understanding of different systems used in laboratory.
· Ability to work independently on most deliverables.

Compensation Overview:
Devens - MA - US: $108,650 - $131,655
New Brunswick - NJ - US: $98,770 - $119,686
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off

*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
