72About the RoleThe Systems Developer/Analyst (SDA) contributes to the design and development of information systems and the identification of the university's future information needs. The role is responsible for designing and implementing customizations, workflow automation, systems enhancements and for providing quantitative and qualitative information analysis and reporting to support strategic decision and policy-making by the university's senior administration. The position compiles information, conducts additional analyses, and prepares reports on a variety of issues for internal uses and for partners across the University.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Quantitative Science (Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics), Business Administration, Social Sciences (with a data focus) or a related discipline and five years of related experience, including experience in research methods, statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and programming, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, report generation and data visualization
- Extensive knowledge of the foundations of CRM solutions e.g. Blackbaud CRM
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, teamwork and mentorship skills
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of software developers, technical administrators, designers, project managers, and business analysts.
