Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics), Business Administration, Social Sciences (data focus), or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in research methods, statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and programming, or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, report generation, and data visualization tools.
• Extensive understanding of CRM solutions, particularly Blackbaud CRM.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, mentorship, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with software developers, technical administrators, designers, project managers, and business analysts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of information systems identifying future information needs.
• Design and implement customizations and workflow automation.
• Enhance existing systems to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative information analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Compile information and conduct analyses for various reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports on a variety of internal issues and for university partners.
• Support senior administration with data-driven insights and recommendations.
