Responsibilities
- Identifytechnical, CI, and operational risks, vulnerabilities, andsingle pointsof failure,and recommend mitigations;
- Study the feasibility and vulnerability of newtechnical collectioncapabilitiesandanalyzegaps;
- Assess emerging and commercial off the shelf technologies in support of operational requirementsandapplications;
- Evaluate,validate,and analyzetechnical development compliance with stated requirements;
- Integrate, test, verify, andvalidateend-to-end systems;
- Develop data models, diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering-related documentation to problem-solve,identifyimprovements, create standards, andfacilitatecross-organizational collaboration;
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Perform technical trades and analyses in support of requirements development;
- Study capability feasibility and vulnerability studies and gap analyses;
- Apply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph.
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Customer specific experience.
Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual27s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
