Description

Reporting to the Software Manager, the candidate will work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop both manual and automated test plans to ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of VIP/VVIP In Flight Entertainment and Cabin Management Systems (IFE/CMS).

Responsibilites
  • Read technical specs to configure and hookup complex systems in lab environment
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, testing existing software
  • Test system functionality and write up defects in JIRA
  • Verification of software functionality based on tests provided by Software Developer
  • Verification of Software fixes/closing out of JIRAs
  • Python Automation scripting for system verification
  • Write Manual Test Procedures based on requirements and verify in SIL
  • Write Automated Test Procedures based on requirements and verify in SIL
  • Write Manual and Automated test procedures for Production


Requirements

Education and Experience
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering degree.
  • 5+ years in system testing preferably developing test automation for network-based systems

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $111,000 through $160,000, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
  • The salary range specified is applicable to positions within Washington State and reflects various factors considered in compensation decisions.
  • All employees are eligible for our highly competitive Quarterly Profit-Sharing Incentive program.
  • An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
