Full Job Description
As a Systems and Network Administration Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our BMC Helix SaaS environment, ensuring our systems are performant, available, and delivering real business value. You'll occasionally participate in on-call and after-hours support, helping keep critical platforms running smoothly for a global organization that operates around the clock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the BMC Helix SaaS instance, including integrations and surrounding applications.
  • Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
  • Configure and customize BMC Helix to align with evolving business requirements and deliver measurable value.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems administration, IT service management, or related technical roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix and/or Remedy ITSM platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting and configuring BMC Helix platforms, including DWP Catalog, Helix Business Workflows, Innovation Suite, Developer Studio, CMDB, ITSM, Helix Dashboards, and Spoon client.
  • Ability to manage enterprise applications with minimal supervision and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, technical environments.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in BMC Helix, ITIL, or related IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience supporting global IT operations and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, system integrations, and automation tools.


This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
