Systems Analyst, Operational Technology

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Eligible for hybrid schedule)

Summary:

This position assists in the analysis, support, and administration of endpoint devices, systems infrastructure, endpoint management solutions, business services, and cybersecurity programs that support the power supply division and generating plant sites. The analyst helps monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, support technology implementations, and contribute to maintaining secure and reliable technology operations.

Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $78,000 - $106,000 annually. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Support the planning and implementation of systems infrastructure, architecture, and endpoint solutions for plant operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to help gather and understand basic requirements for systems, infrastructure, and endpoint devices.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving standard system configurations and endpoint setups.
  • Participate in architecture and security discussions to build knowledge and support team efforts.
  • Follow established GRE and regulatory security policies and help document exceptions as needed.
  • Provide technical support of systems infrastructure and endpoints to ensure operational excellence.
  • Assist with coordinating system upgrades, updates, and patches with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Support the creation and update of system documentation and diagrams.
  • Assist in monitoring systems and alerts under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation with team support.
  • Provide support for endpoint devices, applications, and configurations.
  • Support business and plant applications with issue identification and escalation.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.


Qualifications: Knowledge typically acquired through an associate degree, technical certification, or relevant training in a technology-related field or equivalent hands-on experience. 0-3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, operational technology experience, or related field preferred.
