Our current opening is for an experienced S
ystemsAnalyst who will be the subject matter expert for our Yardi Voyager 7s clients, and work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions using a variety of tools and techniques. This person's duties include but are not limited to application administration, end-user support, training, troubleshooting and documenting the business process and procedures.
A qualified candidate must have a proven track record of excellent customer service and professional client interactions and experience in applying in-depth technical support and detailed product knowledge to proactively provide technology and administrative support for all internal applications and technology products.
Qualifications- One (1) to Three (3) years of business application experience or Information Technology and familiarity with current business analysis principles and practices; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience
- Excellent analytical, verbal communication and writing skills
- Self-starter able to manage multiple competing demands
- Proficient at reviewing and editing documentation
- High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Yardi experience a plus.
- Experience with custom reporting and/or Business Intelligence solutions
- Demonstrated ability at leading solutions that solve business problems; ability to influence the opinions, approach of business and IT team members
- Experience creating documentation for end users, processes and procedures
- Yardi report writing skills a major plus
- In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software is required
