The System Analyst provides a diverse range of tactical services to ensure the delivery and maintenance of key systems and solutions. In this capacity, the employee gathers requirements, designs/redesigns business processes, and provides application support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Business requirements gathering activities may include: researching and analyzing data to define business functions, gaining process knowledge, and understanding/defining systems requirements.
Business process design/re-design activities may include: maintaining or establishing new business relationships, analyzing best practices in conjunction with internal/external subject matter experts, and making recommendations for business process and operational procedures.
Implementation, start-up and application support activities may include: configuration management of systems, troubleshooting issues, developing/implementing change control policies, providing testing and quality assurance for key systems, supporting start-up activities, and training users on key aspects of solutions.
Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $82,353.30 - $101,712.50. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) - Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) from an accredited college or university
- One (1) year or more work experience as a business analyst, or in an equivalent role, leading cross-department business definition, application support, and related work processes (Internship experience acceptable)
- Must be working towards CBAP or equivalent certification
- Working knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
