We are seeking an experienced
Systems Analyst III to join our IT Applications team, specializing in
SAP IS-U and FI-CA (Contract Accounting). This role serves as a key advisor to the business, delivering innovative solutions that support customer accounting, billing, and payment processes in a dynamic SAP environment.
You'll work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to design, configure, and optimize systems while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do- Design, build, configure, and support SAP FI-CA and IS-U applications and processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and user issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address operational issues
- Support and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Create functional specifications, test plans, and documentation
- Lead meetings and collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving IT processes and standards What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications
- Strong experience with SAP IS-U and FI-CA (Contract Accounting)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC 6
- Knowledge of SAP Billing, CRM, and IS-U integrations (preferred)
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead initiatives and work effectively in cross-functional teams
