What you'll do:- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams
- Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected
- Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation
- Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use
What you'll bring:- 2-6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and think through implementation
- Experience documenting processes, functional specs, and technical designs
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Basic programming or debugging experience, with exposure to ABAP preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on moderately complex projects

The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
