General OverviewAPEX TK is seeking a skilled and motivated
Systems Analyst to support the MDA Chief Engineer who will serve as a critical technical enabler within the CE Front Office. You will be responsible for transforming complex engineering and programmatic data into clear, actionable digital dashboards and schedules that drive senior leadership decisions. Because the Front Office environment is dynamic, this role requires a proactive problem-solver who can pivot quickly to support emerging, ad-hoc strategic projects.
What You'll Be Doing:- Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards to visualize engineering metrics, risk assessments, and technical performance measures for senior leadership review.
- Architect and maintain structured databases to track engineering artifacts, action items, and technical baseline documentation.
- Create and manage complex technical schedules
- Assist the Chief Engineer with emerging requirements, rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies as mission needs dictate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with digital engineering tools
- Experience with scheduling and database tools
- Ability to excel in a team setting
- Desire to continuously learn new skills, or programs, to accomplish the mission
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Expertise in MS Project or Primavera
- Expertise in digital visualization software tools (ex. Power BI or Qlik)
- Expertise in MS SharePoint
- MDA Experience
