Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in enterprise application development, business analysis, and solution design to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements analysis, application development, cloud-based architectures, enterprise integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and user requirements to identify solution opportunities and define functional and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability activities.
• Perform impact analysis across business processes, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and supporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation specifications.
• Develop and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, system interaction diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Support project estimation, planning, business case development, and solution design activities.
• Design, develop, unit test, integrate, and support enterprise applications and services.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions supporting enterprise business applications.
• Design and implement configurable services, APIs, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Apply secure software development practices, coding standards, and architectural design patterns.
• Support application implementation, testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-production support.
• Participate in functional, integration, and performance testing activities while supporting quality assurance efforts.
• Troubleshoot application, API, and integration issues and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and communicate business requirements to development teams.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall Information Technology experience.
• 5+ years of combined experience as a Systems Analyst and Application Developer.
• 5+ years of experience within the Automotive OEM industry.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise application development and system integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, middleware platforms, and distributed application architectures.
• Experience working with cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and project tracking.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing enterprise integration solutions and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience creating technical workflows, data flow diagrams, and solution architecture documentation.
• Knowledge of secure application development practices and software design patterns.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, architecture, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
