Salary: Approximately $93,600 - $114,400 USD per annum (based on an hourly rate of $45-$55)

Job Overview

Essmann's Cabinetry and Millwork, a renowned specialist in high-quality custom cabinetry, furniture, and millwork, is seeking a meticulous and skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. With a strong commitment to craftsmanship and tailored solutions for corporate and church environments, we are looking for a professional who can help us optimise the technology that underpins our bespoke manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing our current IT systems and business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective technology solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and data management across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and evaluate existing business systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including design, manufacturing, and sales, to gather and document business requirements for new technology solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement new systems and modify existing ones to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for system implementation, including planning, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different software applications, such as CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for all business-critical systems, acting as a key point of contact for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and process guides.
  • Generate reports and data visualisations to provide insights into operational performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
