Job Title: Systems Analyst 3

Location(s): Austin, TX

Primary Focus:
  • PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management (TAM/CG)
  • OnBoarding
  • Enterprise Performance Management (ePM)
  • CAPPS HR/Payroll support
  • Functional and technical ERP administration

Experience Level:
  • Senior-level consultant/analyst
  • 8-10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional and technical experience required

Key Responsibilities

Functional Administration
  • Configure and maintain TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and Performance Management modules.
  • Manage recruiting workflows, job postings, onboarding activities, candidate processing, and evaluation cycles.
  • Maintain approval routing, templates, forms, screening processes, and workflow configurations.

Security & Access Control
  • Administer PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, and row-level security.
  • Support security audits and access reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-tenant ERP security requirements.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain recruiting, onboarding, and performance-management reports.
  • Create dashboards and metrics for HR leadership.
  • Support compliance and operational reporting.

System Support
  • Provide Level-2 production support.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, integration, security, and configuration issues.
  • Coordinate with managed services vendors handling Tier-3 support.
  • Manage incidents through ServiceNow/BOSSDesk.

Testing & Documentation
  • Requirements gathering.
  • Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • UAT and regression testing.
  • Change documentation and release support.
