The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a motivated and cleared Systems Administrator to join our Accounts Management team in Hampton, VA. This is an immediate opportunity to support Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations, where your technical expertise will directly contribute to mission success.
Our team operates around the clock on four consecutive 10hour shifts each week.

Responsibilities:

 Provide daytoday support for provisioning and maintaining user accounts using SailPoint identity tools.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex account issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
 Work closely with management and customers to ensure correct access permissions are provisioned.
 Respond to service outages, technical inquiries, and systemrelated issues in a timely manner.
 Conduct systems analysis and support upgrades to keep systems aligned with evolving technologies.
 Perform regular health checks on processes, services, networks, and storage systems.
 Maintain accurate configuration and documentation using SharePoint and established recordmanagement practices.
 Collaborate with security and crossfunctional teams on system improvements and issue resolution.
 Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel.


Qualifications:

Required:

 Active TS/SCI clearance

 Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
 Minimum 5 years of relevant systems administration experience
 Security+ CE certification
 Experience with identity and access management
 Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
6 Microsoft Server 2019
6 Microsoft Windows 11
6 VMware
6 Linux
