- Partner with physician leaders to develop and execute enterprise-wide clinical and operational strategies.

- Foster strong physician relationships and cultivate high-performing, accountable teams.
- Champion operational excellence through data-driven decision making and performance improvement.
What We're Looking For•
7-10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience within an academic health system, complex multi-site health system, or integrated healthcare delivery network.

Executive-level experience leading strategy, operations, physician alignment, quality outcomes, growth initiatives, and financial performance across multiple service lines or care settings.
• Demonstrated success operating within a
physician-administrator dyad leadership model and navigating highly matrixed organizations.
•
Master's degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, or a master's degree in operational management, finance, or a related discipline strongly preferred. Candidates with a clinical background must possess a master's degree in their clinical field and significant operational leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies that improve access, quality, patient experience, operational performance, and market growth.
• Strong track record of leading physician engagement, organizational transformation, performance improvement, and large-scale operational initiatives.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and healthcare business development.
• Expertise in building collaborative relationships with physicians, executives, clinical leaders, academic partners, and community stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience leveraging data, technology, and digital transformation to drive results.

Preferred: Fellow or Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, or other performance improvement methodologies.
