THE WORK

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the International Mission Systems organization as the System Security Engineering (SSE) Program Manager for the Asia Mission Systems Portfolio. This position will be responsible for the design, development, integration, test, and delivery of System Security solutions in support of current Asia programs, including capture support for upcoming Asia programs. The selected candidate will help drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and program teams (sourcing, finance, etc) while supporting cost estimate preparation, and program execution activities. The role will also serve as a key liaison between internal organizations and external (supplier/government) stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives, schedules, and deliverables. In this role, the candidate will monitor SSE schedules and Earned Value Management (EVM) performance, identify and mitigate SSE risks, and support continuous product improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure the System Security solutions meet on-time and on-budget commitments within a fast-paced, dynamic program environment. This position is based in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Strong project or program management or technical lead experience.
• Demonstrated experience with program management processes.
• Demonstrated effective communication in written and oral formats.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external customers and internal leadership.
• Ability to travel to support key program events.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.

Desired skills
• A broad understanding of Aegis programs, including SSE domain knowledge and familiarity with recent SSE designs/solutions.
• CAM or Earned Value experience.
• Demonstrated abilities in cost estimation and proposal development.
• Familiarity with subcontractor management, including hardware and software IP procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in working across functional organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and influence individuals outside team boundaries to accomplish wider program goals.
• Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple programs.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
