The System Manager-Telehealth provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the System's telehealth service line. This leader optimizes performance and ensures alignment with organizational priorities across clinical, financial, and operational domains. This role is responsible for executing systemwide telehealth strategy, overseeing day-to-day telehealth operations and program implementations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure effective, integrated care-delivery, and driving performance through data analytics and continuous improvement.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)

• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications- 5 years of experience in healthcare operations is required.
- 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience planning and executing telehealth operations and strategy is required.
