Schedule
  • As a new Emergency Department, we have created three different scheduling options that will be discussed during the interview process. Our intent is to find a schedule that meets the needs of our hospital and all of our emergency team while maintaining a strong quality of life by minimizing burnout risk.


Cases
  • Our ER will strive for the highest level of triage care in DFW
  • Doctors will have the ability to transfer appropriate cases to our specialty departments the next day
  • We intend to serve all emergency cases from minor routine to critical ailments
  • We anticipate a large population of our cases to be current VCA Dallas patients
  • ER doctors will have the opportunity to perform a variety of emergent surgical procedures and will have the support of three board-certified surgeons

Total Rewards

  • Up to $180,000 base salary. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials.
