Job Description- The System Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
- The position requires establishing authentication integrations with Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls.
- Specialists will develop API-based solutions and ensure secure identity federation.
- The role includes supporting secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceThe contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in system integration.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Integrating ITSM platforms and developing API-based solutions.
- Ensuring secure identity federation and enterprise authentication.
- Implementing OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols.
- Configuring automated workflows for task tracking and reporting.
- Working with Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and CAC/PIV-based access controls.
Required Skills and Competencies- Expertise in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
- Working knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Proficiency in JIRA and GitLab interoperability and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) integration.
- Ability to develop and maintain secure identity federation solutions.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred, Not Required)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (Preferred, Not Required)
Clearance Requirement- An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
