Full Job Description
is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web-based applications.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics. Looking for a candidate with a technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering.
  • Document the tool and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation.
  • Attention to detail is needed to test new software releases and document results.
  • The candidate should have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 8 years.
  • 3+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
  • Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents
  • Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with Wiki
  • Experience in AWS (ability to navigate AWS dashboards & services)
  • Experience working collaboratively with a team of developers, Contractors, and the Government

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
  • Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
  • Triage user issues
  • Track and respond to user issues/questions
  • Establish internal schedules and milestones
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
  • Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
  • Provide meeting minutes
  • Ability to test new configurations/software releases
  • Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
  • Track and report testing results
  • Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
  • Contribute content for the development of high level documentation and guides
  • Strong, Time Management skills
Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
