What you will do- Own and support pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including spray dryers
- Provide hands-on engineering support across manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams
- Troubleshoot mechanical, process, automation, and electrical issues safely
- Act as a subject matter expert for equipment performance and lifecycle management
- Support capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintainability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and GMP guidelines
What we are looking for- High school diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing equipment preferred
- Hands-on experience with capital projects and engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills using structured troubleshooting methods
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of automation, controls, or equipment data systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment
