Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, and Revit 3D Model.
• Experience supporting capital equipment projects.
• Familiar with reliability engineering principles (RCM, FMEA, MTBF, etc).
• Strong collaboration and customer-focused attitude within diverse environments.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects and improvements of pharmaceutical process equipment, focusing on spray dryers and tablet manufacturing.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and quality teams to ensure equipment performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and downtime analysis for critical cGMP manufacturing equipment.
• Attend project meetings and assist in managing project activities and documentation.
• Actively promote safety awareness during engineering and operational activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for various process equipment and systems.
• Support training and development of manufacturing operators on equipment and process changes.
