Senior Systems EngineerAs a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll take the lead in shaping complex systems from initial concept through integration and fielded capability. You will define system architecture, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and guide multidisciplinary teams across communications, signals intelligence, electronic warfare and other specialized applications.

- PWB Layout
- System Engineering
- Antenna Design
- VHDL Implementation
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Manage program budgets and timelines
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering programs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
