System Architect - Enterprise Platform to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level applications, with a strong focus on ETL workflows supporting order-to-cash processes, as well as the creation and maintenance of data warehouses and data lakes. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable data management across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, ETL pipeline development, cloud platforms, and data governance. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, business intelligence, and IT teams to deliver robust and future-ready data solutions.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Data Strategy - Design and guide the architecture for enterprise data systems, including ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Establish and promote best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and transformation to enhance analytics and business intelligence.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
ETL & Data Workflow Management - Lead the architecture and execution of ETL workflows to support core business functions, including order-to-cash.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across interconnected systems.
- Tune ETL processes for performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers and database engineers to integrate ETL solutions within enterprise systems.
Data Warehouse & Data Lake Engineering - Architect and maintain data warehousing and data lake environments tailored to business intelligence and operational reporting needs.
- Align data models with business goals and reporting requirements.
- Define and implement standards for data ingestion, transformation, and long-term storage.
- Enable seamless data access for analytics and reporting through collaboration with BI teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership - Partner with development, DevOps, BI, and IT operations teams to ensure alignment between data architecture and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise data initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship on data architecture decisions, grounded in best practices and industry standards.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data modernization and digital transformation efforts.
Performance & Security - Lead initiatives to enhance performance and minimize latency in enterprise systems.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Define secure data access policies and oversee enforcement.
- Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability.
