Pay Range: SYSTEM ANALYST, FINANCIAL - $85,300.80 to $136,468.80

Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst facilitates the efficient use and maintenance of the materials management information system to maximize the benefit of an integrated supply chain. Works on multiple projects and assignments related to supply chain systems and integrated systems that export/import to and from the materials management information system. Collaborates with department staff, Information Systems, and internal customers with respect to routine tasks, new process training, refresher training, daily operations of the materials management information system, and providing troubleshooting support as needed.

Licensure and Certification:
  • Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree -Business Administration; concentration in any or a combination of these areas is preferred - Information Systems, Informatics, Supply Chain, Accounting.

Experience:
  • Hospital Supply Chain Operations with heavy materials management information systems experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), supply chain principle, finance and accounts payable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create Excel spreadsheets with filters, pivot tables, charts, graphs, Vlook-up
  • Skilled at presenting reports to various levels of hospital staff, up to Vice Presidents level.
