OverviewWe're on the hunt for an SVP, Social Content who understands that modern social success is built at the intersection of community insight, cultural relevance, and the craft of execution.
Based in Toronto, you will shape our content product and positioning, turning it into a defining pillar of a new social-first agency. This role goes far beyond content calendars and community management. It's about creating the systems, frameworks, and strategic thinking that enable brands to earn attention, build advocacy, and drive measurable business outcomes at scale. You will define the agency's point of view on the future of content, especially as AI reshapes how audiences discover, engage with, and contribute to brand storytelling.
We believe the strongest content strategies are informed by community behavior, and the most impactful community programs are fueled by exceptional content. You will architect a model where strategists, creators, community experts, and creatives work together to transform audience insights into content systems that are culturally relevant, platform-native, and designed to evolve. By connecting these specialized disciplines, you will ensure our work is grounded in audience truth, elevated through creative excellence, and continuously optimized through performance and participation.
We're a growing agency, which means we need visionary builders, not passengers. You will act as the ultimate decision-maker across content strategy, editorial ecosystems, community engagement approaches, social plans into larger campaigns, and structuring always-on programming. You'll champion innovation, encouraging your team to test, iterate, and rethink conventional approaches while continuously evolving how we create, distribute, and measure content in an increasingly fragmented landscape.
Relationships and leadership matter deeply here. You will model solution-oriented leadership in real time, serving as a calm, confident, and perspective-driven presence through shifting priorities. As a mentor, collaborator, and knowledge sharer, you will develop talent, create clarity, and foster a culture where diverse perspectives lead to stronger ideas. You will build trusted relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal teams while ensuring content and community remain central to how brands connect with audiences.
If you're excited by the idea of defining the future of content and community, building scalable systems for social growth, and leaving your mark on a fast-moving, social-first agency, we should talk.
