Senior Vice President, Segment Marketing - Banks & Broker Dealers Segment

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Segment Marketing to join our Global Client Marketing team. This role is located in New York, NY.

Overview

The Senior Vice President, Segment Marketing will drive the marketing strategy for the Banks and Broker Dealers segment across global and regional priorities. This role is responsible for shaping segment positioning, go-to-market priorities, and integrated marketing strategies that deepen client engagement and support business growth. Working across a highly matrixed organization, this team member will partner closely with business, commercial, platform, communications, and other marketing teams to translate market opportunity and client insight into impactful marketing programs.

This is an opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded marketer who brings strong executive presence, deep B2B marketing experience, and the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholder groups.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive the marketing strategy for the Banks and Broker Dealers segment, aligned to global and regional business priorities, market opportunity, and growth objectives.
  • Develop deep understanding of the segment, including client needs, pain points, buying centers, and decision-making behaviors across key personas and markets.
  • Shape segment positioning, messaging, and value proposition to strengthen relevance and differentiation across global and regional markets.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business, commercial, platform, communications, and marketing teams to align priorities and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing plans spanning digital, events, email, paid and owned media, account-based marketing, and executive engagement.
  • Guide the creation of thought leadership, client stories, and marketing content tailored to the segment and its priority audiences.
  • Use market research, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Establish KPIs and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness, optimize investment, and improve outcomes over time.
  • Lead through influence across a global, matrixed organization, fostering strong collaboration and alignment without direct people management responsibility.
  • Support both enterprise-wide priorities and region-specific marketing needs to ensure consistency with local relevance.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
