Job Details

Summary
The SVP of Product is responsible for defining and executing the company's product vision and strategy to drive customer value and business growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role leads the product organization, partners closely with Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, and ensures product investments align with customer needs, market opportunities, and the company's long-term strategic objectives.

The responsibilities of the role include:
1) Provide Strategic Vision: Our SVP Product should operate at the intersection of product and business strategy. In addition to managing a roadmap, they shape the company's long-term direction. They can translate market opportunities into product bets and articulate a multi-year vision that excites the board, the company, the GTM and is well aligned with the engineering team.
2) Has Deep Customer & Market Intuition: Buildinstincts acquired through years of direct customer exposure, qualitative and quant research, sales and marketing insights, and (deep) data analysis. They understand not just what customers ask for, but what they actually need, and use that insight to drive differentiated product decisions.
3) Is a Cross-Functional Leader: leads through influence, not authority. They align Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Finance around a shared product narrative and are skilled at navigating organizational complexity and competing priorities without creating silos.
4) This is Key: Data-Driven Decision Making: fluent in product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and growth analytics. They set clear success criteria before building, run rigorous A/B tests, and use data to kill features as readily as they greenlight them.
5) Established Track Record of Scaling Products: brought products from early traction to significant scale and has navigated the different challenges of 01 (finding product-market fit) and 1N (scaling go-to-market, platform, and architecture).

What we're looking for:
As our SVP of Product, success means building a product organization that consistently delivers meaningful customer value while driving long-term business growth. Within this role, you will:
  • Operate at the intersection of product and business strategy by identifying market opportunities, translating them into bold product bets, and articulating a compelling multi-year vision that aligns the Board, Executive Team, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions.
  • Develop an exceptional understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, qualitative and quantitative research, sales and marketing feedback, and product analytics. Use these insights to make differentiated product decisions that solve real customer problems.
  • Establish clear success metrics before development begins, leverage experimentation and growth analytics to validate product investments, and make objective decisions informed by evidence-including knowing when to stop investing in features that do not deliver meaningful impact.
  • Demonstrate experience leading products through both early-stage product-market fit and large-scale growth, balancing customer needs, platform evolution, technical architecture, and commercial objectives as the business scales.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional product talent while creating clear career pathways for Product Managers. Design effective team structures, cultivate strong partnerships across Product, Design, and Engineering, and foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Clearly articulate product strategy, investment priorities, and trade-offs to the CEO, Board, and executive stakeholders. Translate complex product and technology decisions into strategic and financial outcomes that resonate across the business.
  • Earn credibility with Engineering through a strong understanding of technology, architectural constraints, and modern product development practices. Confidently evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions and engage in technical discussions without relying solely on translation from engineering teams.

What's the deal?

We will provide you with the tools, equipment and support to give you the best possible chance of success and over-achieving your goals. Salary will depend on your experience and will be highly competitive.

In addition to a friendly, flexible and fun working environment, we provide a range of other benefits, including extensive health, dental and vision insurance, employer-funded health savings account, flexible spending plan, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability insurance, gym membership reimbursement, and 401K contribution, as well as 18 days' holiday allowance plus an additional day off on your birthday!

This role is fully remote with occasional travel required.

So, if we interest you, please let us know by applying for this position and tell us all about yourself.
