Full Job Description
About the Global Revenue Operations & Enablement team Revenue Operations & Enablement is the operating backbone of Trustly's global go-to-market organization. The team owns the systems, forecast discipline, and enablement engine that let leadership see - in real time - where the business is winning, where it's behind, and what to do about it. As Trustly scales across the US, EU, and UK, this function is being built out to turn regional GTM instincts into one managed, measurable, improvable system. About the role The SVP, Global Revenue Operations & Enablement owns the operational backbone of GTM globally: one system of record, one forecast cadence, one planning discipline, one enablement engine. Reporting to the CTO and based in New York, this leader holds binding global authority over the CRM system of record, forecasting methodology, GTM KPIs, the compensation framework's structure, territory and quota methodology, and the global enablement program. Regional GMs retain ownership of how their teams execute within that system. This is a build role - consolidating a partial, fragmented function into a coherent global organization - not an optimization role for a mature machine. What you'll do Own the CRM end to end - architecture, data integrity, process, and adoption - establishing one global data model across all businesses and regions. Install a single forecast methodology and operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs) that gives leadership a trustworthy, real-time read on attainment. Design and steward the global compensation framework, territory model, and quota-setting methodology in partnership with Finance and the GMs. Build the global enablement function - onboarding, ongoing skills, product and market readiness, sales methodology - and measurably reduce ramp time and increase seller productivity. Lead the application of AI to the revenue engine, including agentic prospecting, forecast automation, enablement copilots, and CRM intelligence, in partnership with the CAIO. Own the design and execution of global and regional sales kickoffs and the cadence of go-to-market communication. Who you are A senior GTM operations leader who has built - not merely run - a global RevOps/Sales Ops and Enablement function, ideally through a period of scaling or restructuring. Comfortable operating in ambiguity from a partial starting point, with the judgment to standardize a global operating system without over-standardizing local go-to-market practice. Experienced operating across multiple regions with different market and regulatory realities. Deeply fluent in Salesforce/CRM at the architecture and governance level, not just usage. Credible on compensation and territory design, with the executive presence to hold a binding framework against pushback from strong regional leaders. Financial-services, payments, or regulated-industry GTM experience preferred. $360,000 - $400,000 a year Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis. SALARY RANGES IN US-BASED ROLE POSTING Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Recruiters can share more information with applicants about the specific salary range for preferred locations during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include other perks and benefits. WHAT WE OFFER At Trustly, you'll have the chance to solve meaningful challenges alongside some of the brightest minds in FinTech. Together, we're shaping the future of payments in an environment that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. You'll be challenged and empowered to grow, making a real impact every step of the way. Our team is as diverse as the global footprint we serve, with colleagues across Silicon Valley, the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Europe, and beyond. At Trustly, we foster a workplace where everyone feels they belong-a place where teamwork thrives, ideas flourish, and we never forget to have fun along the way. (The benefits and total compensation packages outlined above are for full-time employees; some exclusions apply for temporary positions.)
