About the Role:

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Commercial Leasing & Sales will lead and oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of the company's aviation leasing and sales portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing relationships with airlines, lessors, and other key stakeholders while identifying new market opportunities and structuring complex leasing and sales transactions. The SVP will ensure alignment with corporate objectives by developing innovative leasing solutions and sales strategies that maximize asset utilization and profitability. This position requires a deep understanding of the commercial aviation market, regulatory environment, and financial structuring to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging trends. Ultimately, the SVP will be responsible for building a high-performing team, fostering collaboration across departments, and representing the company as a trusted leader in the aviation leasing and sales industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in commercial aviation leasing, sales, or asset management.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex aircraft leasing and sales transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation finance, leasing structures, and regulatory requirements within the United States and global markets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.
  • Experience working with international airlines and lessors in diverse regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with aircraft valuation, maintenance reserves, and remarketing strategies.
  • Professional certifications related to aviation finance or leasing, such as CAM (Certified Aircraft Manager).
  • Established network within the commercial aviation industry, including financiers, legal experts, and regulatory bodies.
