CAN Community Health is now hiring a SVP, Chief Growth Officer

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is the driving force behind CAN Community Health's sustainable growth - leading with purpose and accountability. The CGO is a strategic cross-functional leader responsible for creating and scaling growth engines across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion. Working in close partnership with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, the CGO takes organizational strategy and transforms it into measurable outcomes, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and financial health. This is a leadership role defined by results - ensuring CAN identifies and capitalizes on innovative healthcare solutions that meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.

Requirements

Education/Professional:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
  2. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or MHA is strongly preferred.
  3. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or product management, with at least 5 years in a growth, business development or expansion role.
  4. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a multi-site or multi-state healthcare environment.
  5. Experience in a Community Health (FQHC/Look-alike) or mission-driven healthcare setting is preferred.
  6. Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate the business case for growth investments.
  7. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to represent CAN credibly at all levels of government, health systems, and community organizations.
  8. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
