Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecycle-from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You'll lead a high-performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).
  • Demand Generation: Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Brand & Positioning: Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.

The Ontario pay range for this position is $260,000 CAD to $280,000 CAD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and other job-related factors.
