Requirements

  • Support sustaining engineering activities for high-reliability electronic assemblies, including analog and mixed-signal circuit designs
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in legacy and production hardware, including synchro and resolver interface circuits
  • Perform root cause analysis on field returns and production failures; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Design, test, and validate analog circuitry including signal conditioning, filtering, and data acquisition systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering to ensure product performance and compliance
  • Update schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation to support product changes and obsolescence mitigation
  • Develop and execute validation and verification test procedures for electronic systems and subsystems
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production, including debugging PCB assemblies and test stations
  • Evaluate and qualify replacement components for obsolete or end-of-life electronic parts
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status. Please note that some positions involve sensitive customer contracts and require U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment.
