This role is part of the Sustainability team shaping the future of impact within our brand and business. You will be part of the Sustainable Product & Packaging and Chemicals Management group in Supply Chain supporting the strategy, traceability and integration of preferred materials and programs.

core responsibilities
  • Development and maintenance of the annual education and engagement roadmap to support the product organization in the implementation and adoption of sustainable product & packaging and chemicals management (SPPCM).
  • Use knowledge of product creation and textile manufacturing to help translate the SSPCM strategy and content into easy-to-use tools, presentations and action steps to support product teams in their daily roles
  • Create engaging visual assets and presentations to support communication of the SPPCM strategy in cross functional meetings, events, and tools
  • In alignment with SPPCM strategy, create and maintain content for the Be Planet Product and Sustainable Product Vendor Hubs on SharePoint
  • Support the development of educational content to deliver to product teams 1-2 times per year, or as needed
  • Support the development of the circular design education strategy and other emerging sustainable product attributes as needed
  • Support execution of internal sustainable product events
  • Work with internal or external videographers to create short videos to support the launch of new sustainable product content or other related events (e.g., workshops
  • Work with learning designers to create and/or maintain sustainable product e-learning sessions and incorporate sustainability content into other product learning resources
  • Work with wider sustainability communication and engagement teams to align on sustainable engagement across social, environmental, and sustainable product
  • Support Sustainable Product and Packing on ad hoc projects
qualifications
  • 8+ years of work experience in textiles, apparel, footwear or adjacent consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree in areas of supply chain management, business, and/or communication. Social or environmental studies a plus.
  • Clear communicator who can break complex topics into easy-to-understand and actionable pieces of information across all levels of the business
  • Experience with graphic design and/or visual asset creation and presentations
  • Experience with product development processes and product data management
  • Understanding of product and material sustainability issues. Knowledge of specific certification and traceability within the apparel industry a plus.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and solve problems.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000 - 147,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
