Join Sodexo at UMass Memorial Medical Center as a Sustainability Support Specialist. Drive waste reduction, recycling, composting, and resource conservation initiatives while supporting environmental goals, compliance, and employee engagement.

The Sustainability Support Specialist supports day-to-day sustainability programs across UMass Memorial Medical Center, helping improve diversion rates, track environmental metrics, educate teams, and advance Sodexo's sustainability strategy.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850
