The Manager also supports the commercial growth of the program by developing customer segmentation, go-to-market approaches, program offerings, value propositions, and customer- and sales-facing materials. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, and other key stakeholders, this role helps ensure sustainability solutions deliver a strong customer experience, achieve measurable environmental and business outcomes, and are effectively positioned for continued adoption and growth.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Sustainability Solutions & Service and is part of the Strategic Marketing team located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Manage the execution, ongoing development, and growth of Masimo's customer-facing sustainability programs, including the sensor recycling program.
• Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, including customer enrollment and participation, sensor collection, sorting and processing, performance tracking, customer reporting, and resolution of operational or customer issues.
• Develop data-driven commercial approaches for the program, including customer segmentation, target customer identification, market prioritization, value propositions, program offerings, and go-to-market initiatives designed to increase adoption and support program profitability.
• Develop marketing plans, messaging, sales collateral, customer-facing materials, and other resources that communicate program capabilities, sustainability impact, and value to customers.

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations and other internal stakeholders to optimize collection, processing, tracking, reporting, and workflows across the program value chain.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze program metrics, including participation, collection volume, waste diversion, CO2 mitigation, customer engagement, financial performance, and other measures of program impact; use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, commercial strategy, marketing, sales operations, product marketing, sustainability programs, or a related field; experience within medical device, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and ongoing improvement.
• Experience developing or supporting customer segmentation, value propositions, commercial offerings, go-to-market strategies, selling tools, or customer-facing marketing programs.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, priorities, vendors, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into actionable programs and commercial initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience establishing program metrics, evaluating performance, identifying trends, and using data to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop effective customer-facing and sales-facing messaging and materials.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sales Enablement, and other cross-functional teams without direct authority.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, hospital, or other regulated environment.
  • Experience with customer-facing sustainability, recycling, circular economy, reprocessing, environmental, or waste reduction programs.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Enablement, or commercial training organizations to support field adoption of new programs, services, or offerings.
