Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to bond-related inquiries and requests, including contract documents, bond forms, rating questions, billing matters, and other surety needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and surety carrier representatives to support the ongoing administration of client bond programs.
Coordinate with surety company representatives to manage transactional activities, including premium billings, rating issues, contract documents, bond forms, bid results, and bond execution.
Prepare client-specific documentation, including Prequalification Letters, Affidavits, and Bond Authentication Forms.
Process bond-related billing transactions and partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Maintain electronic client files and documentation within agency management systems, including SuretyWave and Applied Epic.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work in a deadline-driven environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance industry knowledge and technical expertise.
New Jersey Insurance License or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand and apply arithmetic concepts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong commitment to customer service and relationship management.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of surety experience required.
Brokerage and/or underwriter experience preferred.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
