What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Railway Engineering or other relevant discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in previous rail fleet and infra systems engineering experience
  • performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical/electrical equipment
  • Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of rail operations, safety standards, and support processes
  • Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and/or infra maintenance
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for managing projects

  • Salary Range: The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
