Job Title: Support Services Program Manager Scope of Services: - Provide day-to-day project management support.
- Create project documentation: status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, etc.
- Plan activities and resources.
- Monitor processes and deliverables.
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and process improvement.
Mandatory Expertise: - 10+ years managing IT projects.
- 10+ years with enterprise content management and capture solutions.
Desirable Expertise: - Familiarity with DPS policies/workflows.
- Experience with large-scale document management systems.
- Experience with cost allocation, invoicing, and task order management.

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
