Full Job Description
We are looking to add a Support Engineer to our Texas team!
You will be the primary support for our client(s) and ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively and safely.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Helps and works with Sales Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs
• Communicates with sales management of activity within the account
• Assists with growth opportunities within existing customer.
• Routine service and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service round and distribute as required, maintain inventory record.
• Assists with technical issues at customer site, brings any issues to the customers attention and works with key account managers to put together a plan for corrective action - ensures the sales account managers are kept informed out outcomes and follow up.
• Look for growth opportunities at existing customer site and assist with growth opportunities as required.
• Assist with data analysis on program performance.
• Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Have previous experience in Refineries/Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water
• Possess strong relationship management skills and be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License

The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,980.00 and $124,630.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
